Russell Brooke joined Ariel Re at its formation and oversees the company’s operational policies, objectives, and initiatives. Prior to joining Ariel Re, Mr. Brooke was the Chief Executive Officer of Rosemont Re for two years. He joined Rosemont after seven years at ACE Tempest Re where he was the Chief Underwriting Officer, International. He joined ACE Tempest Re from Willis, where he was an Executive Director on the Japan Reinsurance Team. Mr. Brooke is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and has over 17 years of experience in the international reinsurance market.
