Charlie Rumball worked for Guy Carpenter & Co in the Marine and Energy division in London for four and a half years. While at Guy Carpenter & Co he was a broker for the London market business as well as an International portfolio, and spent six months in New York focusing on US accounts. Mr. Rumball is a Politics graduate from the University of Wales, College Cardiff.
