I confirm that: (a) the releases, publication or distribution of the Offer in jurisdictions other than the UK may be restricted by law and/or regulation and therefore any persons who are subject to the laws and regulations of any jurisdiction other than the UK are required to inform themselves about, and observe, any applicable requirements; and (b) am not resident in, or otherwise subject to the laws and regulations of, Canada, Australia, Japan or any other jurisdiction where local law or regulations may restrict the release, publication or distribution of information concerning the Offer or result in a significant risk or civil, regulatory or criminal exposure or prosecution if information concerning the Offer is sent or made available to Atrium Shareholders in that jurisdiction.
